Read moreFree parking for trailers and cars. A nice length trail for a short hike to recollet falls but not a smooth trail, ankle boot suggested for the terrain. There is a small musuem inside, cost is $2 ( however we were uninformed it should have been free with our stay at grundy lake or other provincial parks) . We wernt all that impressed with the museum as theres no "real" artifacts. More of a story telling type musuem with decor to match. Nowhere to refill water, they informed its not drinkable as well. Staff not overly friendly just kindof get the job done....
Read moreI had been camping for a couple weeks and had to go buy fuel. I noticed the bridge, and on my returning, I stopped to have a look. I was very pleasantly surprised and found the displays and dioramas fascinating. And the bridge can provide for some wonderful photo opportunities. Note that the bridge is privately owned by a snowmobile club, and it has signs stating on a chain across the end.
