I really liked this playground especially in the summer because it has the wading pool. It has nice views, wooden playground, sand, picnic tables with shade. I've been going for a few years but not until today I saw so many RATS! They were just running next to the swimming pool on the grass where I'd just lay down. It was not even night, it was 5pm and lots of kids still around. I could clearly see at least 5 rats at once just running. They had all different size, big, babies, medium... So it must be a huge family of rats living just there. I know rats also live in nature, but this is a playground with kids so maybe the city should do something about this issue.

Great place for kids, especially toddlers. It has a barely knee high pool that you can let the kids play in. There's also a lifeguard on duty. Lots of toys to play with. There's a climbing fort so they can burn off energy. A sand pit. Grass field. Several b picnic tables. The only downside is the water area that like a slide. It has been turned off and I was told they couldn't figure out how to fix it.

Huge playground for kids from young to teens(possibly) Right now the water is off for the water park area but it must be amazing to have water park as well as playground side by side- Very adventurous theme park!! Lots of swings and play area for sand as well. Also has a great view towards anasis Island bridge

Great park which is usually not too busy. Has a wading pool and bathrooms on top of the usual playground and field.

On a hot sunny day, expect larger crowds than usual due to the wading pool. But still, there's lots of room to spread out and a decent amount of shade for the parents.

Good variety of playground equipment for children of all ages. Park has a large baseball diamond and soccer field, lacrosse box (rarely used), double tennis court (rarely used), and a basketball hoop on one of the tennis courts. Also, is a very wide and long hill, quite steep too, which is very popular as a sledding hill when it snows. A little of everything...

This park is mostly an open field and a baseball diamond. There is a reasonably sized wading pool that is filled on summer afternoons, along with a good playground and sandbox area. The presence of a small building with fairly well maintained public restrooms is a bonus.

Parking is very limited, being streetside only in a residential neighborhood that uses that same parking. This parking is not directly accessible from the major roads.

The park is near 22nd street Skytrain station, but to get to it you have to cross 20th street which is a rather dangerous...
