This relatively small batch wine producer presents as both conscientious stewards of the environment with their organic focus and happy to share information about their operation with the consumer. Not a fancy facility, the tasting happens in their air conditioned quonset hut. Staff are very personable, and on our second visit this year we picked up their 2016 Sauvignon Blanc and their 2017 Cabernet Franc. Very sad they ran out if their 2016 Organic Estate Pinit Gris; it was unusual, delicious and reasonably priced. We like a dryer white, and a full bodied red with medium tannins. We cherry pick our purchases in this region, often not buying anything after tastings of they are not remarkable. Mission Hill is a cattle-drive like operation, and while the location is beautiful and their samples generous, we only found their most expensive wines as interesting but over priced. Read moreFor the past six years, my wife and I have consistently visited this establishment during our annual trip to the Kelowna area. Dale or the elder Neil consistently provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome.
During our recent annual tasting yesterday, the venue was noticeably empty. Despite purchasing two bottles, we were unexpectedly charged an additional $8.00 per person for a walk-in visit.

Read moreRollingdale Winery was the first stop of a four vineyard tour and by far our absolute favourite. Neil our guide/sommelier did a wonderful job explaining tasting notes and the different wines we were tasting (we were lucky enough to try a few extra wines too!)
While they are a much smaller vineyard in comparison to some of the giants that are nearby in West Kelowna, it doesn’t stop them from beautifully crafting a wide array of incredible wines. We just HAD to return to pick up a few of our favourites on our way home, the 2021 Estate Pinot Blanc and the unique yet lovely Akina Rosé.
Would absolutely recommend this winery to anyone who is looking for a fantastic winery tour, thank you to the staff for the amazing experience! We are definitely looking forward to enjoying the bottles we picked up and...
