The Cloudraker Skybridge is definitely worth seeing. I did not find it scary at all but some people did-even a little bit. It gave a feeling like you’re walking across the mountain top high in the air and the view was awesome. If you are not from bc and/ or have never seen majestic snow covered mountains you will be in awe. We took the gondola up to the top of Whistler then had to take a chair up to the cloudraker Skybridge. That was a long a a big scary ride to the top because it was so steep but we were safe! Just make sure to go there early in the day and don’t wait till 3 :00 to come down as it gets super busy with everyone trying yo get down before it closes.

The bridge is a cable suspension bridge, and you may not like it if you get seasick. Either way, the lookout can be reached by bridge or foot, and the views are spectacular. It's well worth a trip up the mountain. From this 8000-foot lookout, you will get a stunning vista of everything in the distance and a cool view of Whistler Village and surrounding lakes. When you reach the top with the gondola, a short hike to the lift takes you up to the peak; if you need help with a mild elevation hike, you may have trouble getting back to the gondola.

The cloudraker skybridge is great place to visit if you can. You do need to first take two gondolas to get close. If you are lucky, a final ski lift will take you to within a half mile of the skybridge. If the ski lift is not running you will need to hike to it. It is about a 1200 foot elevation gain so take your time. Count on 1 1/2 to 2 hours to hike from the peak to peak gondola to the skybridge. One to 1 1/2 hours to go back down. Highly recommend it if you can.

Cloudraker Skybridge – Navigation Issues and Access Information

We were excited to visit the Cloudraker Skybridge but unfortunately, we were unable to make it. The address listed on Google Maps was incorrect, and there were no clear directions provided, which made it challenging to find the location. It would be helpful if the business provided more accurate information and instructions to avoid confusion.

We later discovered that accessing the Skybridge required taking a gondola, and there are fees associated with this. This crucial detail wasn’t initially clear, which further impacted our visit.

While we didn’t get to experience the Skybridge, it’s important for future visitors to be aware of the necessary access details and potential costs. Accurate information on Google and other platforms would greatly enhance the experience and help others make the most of...

Awesome steel suspension bridge! Maybe 1m wide and 50m long. It gets crowded. One way traffic only (please!). It moves a bit, so beware.

Obviously, this is not for those with fear of heights. Indeed, the lift up there is a bit of a scary ride as well, sheer rock cloud, very high, open 4 seater. So you need a bit of courage to even get there.

But once there it is a great place to settle, have lunch. No benches do bring a blanket. Find a decent rock. What a view! 360 everywhere. The tagged jagged Rockies.

Weather will be a major part of the trip, so be prepared. It's is a high mountain top. But not so high the air is thin.

Admission (summer) to Whistler is not cheap. Nor should it be. This is amazing land. It's very hard to be there and...

The Cloudraker Skybridge on Whistler Mountain offers an exhilarating experience with its breathtaking views. Spanning 130 meters, this suspension bridge provides stunning vistas of the surrounding peaks and valleys. Visitors often describe the sensation of walking above the clouds as both thrilling and awe-inspiring.

Aside from the Skybridge, the nearby Whistler Peak Suspension Bridge and the Peak 2 Peak Gondola offer equally memorable experiences. The Whistler Peak Suspension Bridge provides another thrilling walk with panoramic views, while the Peak 2 Peak Gondola offers a unique journey between Whistler and Blackcomb mountains, giving an unmatched perspective of the area's...
