A great place to go for a WALK but would be nice to take a bike down there. They have a sign saying that you can’t take bikes or scooters(those amazing little electric ones). Great viewing platform, outdoor classroom, and dock. If you go there to find some geocaching they have some great little finds.

The trail is wide and clearly marked. Several sturdy benches and a couple bridges are scattered throughout. Mosquitoes weren’t bad but next time I may take bug spray.

A fantastic little slice of the prairies!

The small park and walking trail is well laid out and well maintained. There are birds and wildlife so be careful where you step - the frogs and muskrats will keep their distance.
