Granjaventura — Attraction in La Reina

Nice place. My kids enjoyed it. It is not an all day adventure, maybe just a couple of hours. Definitely i do not think it is worth the money they charge. You have to pay a "park fee" of about CLP$3500 plus emtrance to the granja CLP$3900. There are no signs whatsover indicating where to go to the granja aventura. The day we arrived (tuesday) there was no one in the ticket window. 2 women sitting chit chatting in a chair outside. Again, no signs. It took us about 10 minutes for someone to be able to process payment for our tickets (I am native from Chile and i speak perfect spanish). We literally could have walked in without paying and no one would have noticed. They have activities for the kids. We tried to milk the cows. Followed the brochure that said that activity was at 11am. No signs so it took us some time to find the area. We got there about 1055a. A gentleman was cleaning the stall. We asked if we were in the right place and he told us someone would come to do the activity. At 11a he left. Another gentleman showed up to pick up some stuff at 1115a. We asked again and he responded in a VERY rude way that it was not 11a yet so that we needed to wait (they were several ppl in line and all of our phones were saying 1115a o close) he then left and didnt come back for another 10 mins. We finally did the activity. We tried to ride the horses.... well again, no signs whatsoever. Took us a little bit and asking alot of questions to find the place to ride the horses. There were about 12 kids PLUS a school group of about 15 kids. All there to ride ONE horse. That was it! They only had one horse "available". The canopy was great, lots of fun. Everything that didnt require a guide was great. So i was a little dissapointed with the price and low quality in regards to the service...

El peor cumpleaños de mi hija. No vaya a este lugar.

Quise celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hija, muy planificado junto a ella. El resultado, de este domingo 28 de abril; caos, maltrato animal, cero preocupación por las niñas y niños. Un domingo para olvidar.

Llegamos a la granja el día del cumpleaños, y nos dicen que no tienen el cumpleaños agendado. Frente a nuestra desesperación, con los invitados llegando, les pedimos nos dieran cualquier terraza disponible. Éramos 16 niños más 14 adultos, en una terraza que no queríamos, no cabíamos, ni habíamos escogido. La gente sentada en el suelo porque no había dónde. Lo peor mi hija, que la hicieron ir a escoger, se había hecho la idea y le dijo a sus amigas que había una casa en el árbol arriba de su cumpleaños. Ella se frustró mucho, le costó pasarlo bien.

Como si no fuera suficiente, nos dejaron tirados. Tuve que ir varias veces a la entrada, porque el cumpleaños iniciaba a las 11:00 horas, a pedir alguien fuera a iniciar las actividades. Luego de media hora, a las 11:30 y tras terminar un taller de lombricultura en otro cumpleaños, llegó una animadora, de la que no sé su nombre porque no se presentó delante de los niños ni a mi, notoriamente sin ganas de trabajar ni hacer el cumpleaños.

Para rematar, en el corral de los caballos y burros, los caballos sí estaban herrados y no el burro, y se notaba que estaba sufriendo, apenas podía caminar. Dos de los papás que acompañaban a sus hijos se dieron cuenta, tengo fotografías. Le dijimos a la monitora, su respuesta fue " hemos pedido que vengan pero el veterinario no a podido", ese descuido es mínimo de 6 meses de sufrimiento del animal. El cumpleaños de mi hija en un lugar donde se maltrata a los animales, de haber conocido más sobre animalitos, y saber toda esta terrible experiencia que tuvimos ayer, de angustia, incertidumbre, malos ratos y tratos, jamás hubiéramos llevado la celebración familiar a un lugar tan malo.

No vayan a este lugar. Vi en la lista de opiniones varios comentarios con otras denuncias de maltrato animal, esto no es ocasional, es una forma de lucrar sin asumir la responsabilidad de mantener...

To be honest, it is a disappointment to come here and scandalous they ask that amount of money to every person and Child to enter! Would not recommend. Entrance fee is way too high for what you get in return! You have to pay a park fee as well on top op the try fee because it is located into a park. The staff from the restaurant was unfriendly and you connot pay with cash. Much better places to visit with children when...
