Incredible. First, we opted not to reserve and pay online to guarantee a spot. January, February are their highest season, and the first response when we arrived was that they were closed to new arrivals. When we offered to wait until some folks left, we were given the number 59. We left and ate at a restaurant some 5 or 6 kilometers away and when we returned at nearly 6pm they had passed our number so we were allowed to enter immediately at the next turn. For taking our own towels we were given a ticket for a free coffee or tea for each person with towel. (They provide towels if you don't bring them.) We were advised to walk along the wooden walkways past all the thermal pools to the end (there is a beautiful waterfall at the end) and then select a pool or several on the way back to the entrance. Most folks walk with flip-flops or aqua shoes, a few were barefoot. The park is well-designed and the footbridge takes you through a beautiful canyon where the walls are lined with green moss and ferns and flowering plants of incredible variety. The walkways zig and zag between more than a dozen pools of varying sizes, one has a waterfall cascading into it. (By the shrieks of the kids venturing into that one I gathered that it was quite cold.) The temperatures range from about 72f to 80+f and the water is constantly circulating. Padlocks are provided (an ID is held to guarantee that you return them, we left our U.S. lisence) for the four of us we got 3 locks. The padlocks are to place on the wooden lockers provided in red wooden buildings near each thermal pool (there are 8 per building) Restrooms are painted black and both times I visited were quite clean and stocked with paper. Evening is really the best time to visit, as the sun set we were treated to sightings of hummingbirds overhead and staff lighted led rope lights and even tealight candles contained in a small wooden framed box. It was so tranquil and natural, despite the presence of hundreds of humans and their accompanying noises. When we decided to leave, beginning our exit around 9:45pm it was already dark, it was a bit more of a challenge getting dressed and finding everything in the low light of the dressing buildings, but we managed. One frustration was that the lockers are within the changing rooms, so if you need to get your things, you might be at the mercy of someone who takes forever. The restaurant looked busy and stuffed with people. I dispaired of getting our order, and likely it wouldn't be right as we asked for meat to be left off of the pizza. We were surprised that the line moved quickly, the price for what we ordered seemed pretty fair and although they did mess up the pizza order, they apologized and fixed it in less than the 10 minutes they promised. Excellent, highly...

Have gone to many natural springs throughout the world and can honestly say this is one of the best I have visited. Water is clear and there are 18 stone-tiled pools spread along a 500 meter redwood walkway, raised above the river. Cost was 48000 pesos for all day access, high for Chile but entirely reasonable for what you get.

River is extremely cold, with a small waterfall at the very top of the facility. Hot pools range from 95 up to 113 (on the day of my visit, the hottest tub was briefly listed as 114.8 before being dropped to 113 towards the end of the day). The also have 2 river-fed cold pools, one listed at 48, the other with no signage.

The whole facility is contained within lush temperate rainforest, native floral and fauna is abundant and breathtaking. Staff is friendly and attentive. No alcohol is allowed on site and smoking/vaping was only allowed near the entrance.

Small, quaint cafe serves pizza, sandwiches, soups, desserts, and drinks and has two large wood fire pits inside. Fresh squeezed strawberry and raspberry juices were among the daily specials, both were delicious!!!. Drinking water was gratis and clean with a cucumber, lemon, orange infused water available in the Cafe. Fairly certain the water from the river can be consumed as well (would confirm this with staff but I saw many people fill their bottles from this water).

Changing huts with lockers, painted red, were dotted along the walkway. Bathrooms, painted grey, were also spread throughout.

This spring is the perfect mix of developed pools and rustic natural infrastucture, creating an ambiance that strikes the ideal balance between nature and comfort. Would not hesitate to return and can enthusiastically recommend anyone seeking a relaxing soak to check it out.

Located approximately 20km from Conãripe. Last 10km were gravel in good condition. Hired a private driver and the trip was trouble free. Would give 6 stars...

Worth of every penny! We fell in love to this unique natural place. What a design! Service was nice, atmosphere beautiful, and super clean, food excellent, and lots of space to feel peace and relax. Just they could add safety information in area. There are low pools also for kids. We spend time walking and in pools from 9.30-12 + time in restaurant (extra 1,5h). In the ticket counter they gave to us nice tip that walk first straight to the waterfall which is in the end of the area. Morning was foggy and cold so it was good to start like that to see first whole area well dressed. After that we find lockers and went to first pool, which was 35C. It was smart to start from less hot pools, and continue to more hot ones (40-45C)! There was not too crowd because area is big and they control the amount of visitors by selling tickets from internet. Also i recommend morning time; less expencive tickets 44.000 pesos. Restaurant was selling so tasty pizzas 🍕😋 and the cozy atmosphere in restaurant was great ending! (Also fresh juice, beers, soups, sandwiches, burgers, cakes etc).

-Definitely worth of it, but maybe they can add more safety information, first aid stuff, tell at counter what to do if accident happens etc. -They could add also other style of chairs where you can lay down for example in the terrace, near the restaurant. -maybe better showers could be good so people can wash themself before and after thermas, but maybe there is reason why there is not showers, shampoos etc.might be not good...
