A beautiful national reservation near Punta Arenas where you can experience some beautiful hikes. They offer different hikes for walking, mountain biking and in the winter even langlaufen! The scenery is beautiful and the hikes are doable. The longest hike is 9.6 kilometers, around 11 if you add the last additional viewpoint which adds 1.5km to your distance. The trail goes up and down and has some tricky bits but nothing too challenging. It takes around 5 hours to complete so bring some snacks and enough hydration. The viewpoints are great and provide a lovely sight upon the city, water and forest.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with tips. The check in process is easy and quick. Remember to do the check out as well! Ask for the wifi if you need to book an uber! The staff is...

We took an uber here from Punta Arenas and were able to easily get an uber back after we were done with the hike. When we arrived we were greeted by a park ranger who walked us through all the trails, gave us a pdf of the map, and checked us in. They keep track of everyone entering the park with passport numbers. We did the whole 10k hike in four hours. The steepest parts are at the beginning. We only saw two other people while we were on the trail. Beautiful and peaceful. The viewpoints were windy, but gave you a beautiful view of the city. It was a great way to spend half a day in...

This is an excellent national park with dense, ancient Southern Beech woodland. There are some huge trees, fascinating fungi, and birds such as the Austral Parakeet here. The 10km trail was very well signposted and staff at the trail head were professional and knowledgable, even about the scientific name of the orchid species we saw on the trail. There is strong wifi at the trail head. The entrance fee was CLP7800,...

Wonderful to walk through the circuit, it is 9-10km long and you need at least 3 hours to do it. You start from the rangers spot and going uphill you will meet snow, rivers, a little laguna, few "miradores" and amazing photo spots. It is just 15 min far away from punta arenas and you need to exit the park before 16.00, so go until 12:00. Price is reasonable, just 5000CLP/pax. Highly recommended!
