Really amazing place and a hidden gem of Magallanes, if you are looking to see some special place that not many have dared to visit this is a must. Extinct volcanoes, lava fields, craters and typical wildlife of the pampas. Hard to reach but some touring companies are offering tours there, it is not as beautiful as Torres del Paine and you won't get those stunning pictures that you usually see of Patagonia, yet the place has this special vibe and prettiness that will stun you you nonetheless. Read moreBeautiful and informative park. The park officers at the welcome office were super nice. Walked us through the geology, trails, roads and flora/fauna of the park. We got there from Punta Arenas around 2pm and ended up doing three short hikes: Laguna Ana, Cueva Pali Aike, and lastly Crater Morada del Diablo.
