Visited the winery on April 11, and we got to see the winemaking process! Was very cool to see the grapes being sorted and then squeezed gently before being dropped into the vats. Our tour guide, Leonardo, spoke fantastic English and was super informative and fun! The wines we sampled were one white, two reds, and a "late harvest" white, which is similar to Canadian Icewine.

The property is beautiful with tons of vines of all kinds of grapes. Our guide let us sample the grapes of different varieties along the way - it was awesome!

Note: Undurraga's wineshop is significantly cheaper than most botilleria's and other liquor stores in Santiago. Buy your wine here! They have TONS. And the Founder's Collection Carménère is absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced (less than $30 CAD). One of the best...

Our visit to Undurraga for the Sibaris tour was unforgettable, largely thanks to our fantastic guide, Fernanda. Her knowledge of the vineyard and its history was incredibly impressive, and she shared it all with such enthusiasm and friendliness.

Fernanda led us on a walk through the picturesque grounds of Undurraga, pointing out interesting details and answering all our questions. We were particularly struck by the on-site museum showcasing indigenous artifacts – a real hidden gem that Fernanda made sure we didn't miss.

Thanks to Fernanda's expertise and passion, Undurraga became the highlight of our vineyard visits in Chile. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the Sibaris tour and Fernanda's guidance to anyone traveling...

I’ve been to the Undurraga’s winery this week and didn’t like how we were received. First of all, I tried to buy some stuff in the store while the tour didn’t start yet. I’ve spent time and time at the front desk saying “Hello” to the hosts. They didn’t even looked at my face. They could have said “We will have a time to buy stuff at the end of the tour”. But no, they remained silent and I felt ignored, even though you tried to talk to them. But when a Chilean came in, they replied. When the tour finely ended, tons of groups were trying to buy things at the store at the same time. Crowded space, few cashiers, poor service. Not an experience I want...

"Wow, I recently visited Viña Undurraga, and it was an incredible experience! As soon as I stepped foot on the winery grounds, I was captivated by the beautiful vineyards and the historic charm of the place. The staff was so welcoming and knowledgeable, making the wine tasting even more enjoyable. And let me tell you, the wine... it was absolutely fantastic! Each sip was a burst of flavors that danced on my palate. From their exquisite reds to their refreshing whites, every wine I tried was a true delight. I highly recommend a visit to Viña Undurraga if you're a wine lover like me. It's a must-visit winery in Chile!" 🍷🌿

We booked the English tour to the winery via e-mail (the website was a bit confusing, but e-mail worked well) and really enjoyed our time at Undurraga. Since we visited off-season and we did the morning tour (10 am) we had an exclusive tour with our guide Benjamin, who did a great job in explaining how the Undurraga wine is produced. The tour highlight is a wine tasting with 4 different local wines. The winery grounds are very green and relaxing, so if you want to take a break from Santiago city chaos, hop on the bus to Talagante (leaves from terminal San Borja) and you arrive at the winery in about 30 minutes. :-)
