Amatista Travels Stargazing — Attraction in Vicuña

I really enjoyed the astrology tour with Ivan! The whole experience was great from pick up at the hotel to drop off at the end of the night. The telescopes that he has are super powerful and we were able to see planets, stars, nebulas, and of course the moon. The night starts after pickup when you arrive to his house and he begins to chat about what you’re going to see. You get about a half a glass of wine with the opening remarks right around twilight. Then from there you start to use the telescopes as it gets darker. But my favorite part of the whole thing was probably the sound bath. They just had us lay down on some yoga mats, handed us some cozy blankets then we just looked up at the stars while the sounds went off in the background. The stars...

My family from Argentina came to visit and we decided to do an Astronomic Tour. I'm so glad we chose Amatista Travels! Ivan had so much knowledge to share, and patience for our many questions. They greet you with a homemade pisco sour (so good!) and hummus and chips. They had a live translation option for English speakers. Ivan was VERY knowledgeable and we learned so much! Para mí y mi esposa una muy grata experiencia. Fue una experiencia muy "sanadora". Aunque lógicamente fue de noche, iniciamos nuestra vivencia recorriendo con Iván (guía y emprendedor) el pueblo Diaguitas. Precioso.. un lugar muy hermoso!!. Me encantaría haberlo conocido de día. Por un antojo pasamos de pasada por la casa de la Sra Florencia Arqueros donde compré medio kilo de lúcumas congeladas en $ 2.500 (una exquisitez). Está de más decir que posee otras frutas y mermeladas. Respecto de la astronomía, puedo señalar que aprendí mucho en un entorno que llama al aprendizaje y a la conversación. Me percaté una vez más que no somos nada!!! No perciban estos tour como si fueran a ver a los marcianos caminando por Marte o a ver la bandera norteamericana en la Luna. No se trata de eso. Verán planetas, estrellas y a la luna en el papel que juegan estos y otros astros en el cosmos. Finalmente Iván nos transporta a través de una sonoterapia hacia otra dimensión.
