There are 4 ways you can see this Northern GreatWall Watchtower. First by chopper in the air with one passing, second take the cable car all the way to the base of watchtower 8, third take the single seat train up to the forth or fifth towerfrom the base, and lastly use your own legs walking up from base to the number 8 watchtower. The 7th watchtower was closed (too steep) and a bypass at blocked watchtower 6th make side way to north side of 7th watchtower and then continue the great wall the 8th watchtower.

This is a must do bucket list event. The views were limited on the day I visited this area of the wall but still worth the visit.
