Staff very welcoming. Good array of artifacts and good summary of Bai peoples and their culture. Emphasising how long Bai have been here. Just an hour or so needed. I visited on the way to the train station. No. 4 bus or a 10 min walk the No 8 bus from the ancient city. CLOSED Mondays exc bank Holiday. English summaries but nothing else but fairly easy...
