The Hong Lok Park is located along Jockey Club Road in Fanling. It is open from 6am to 11pm daily and offers an oasis and leisure area for residents to enjoy. The park is relatively small but very well landscaped and laid out around an artificial lake. During the spring Hong Lok Park is particularly attractive when blooms provide quite a bit of colour to the park grounds.
There are nicely planted flower beds and shrubbery, an attractive bridge walkway, some of which is covered to provide shade. There are also a couple of pavilions nicely set on the edge of the water.
