位於粉嶺文物徑的『黃帝祠』，原稱『軒轅祖廟』建造於1925年，原為新界粉嶺安樂村鄉民聯誼議事之所，年久失修，面臨拆卸，幸得鄧氏望族子嗣鄧國容先生籌措十數年，耗資逾億元，終於2001年中奠基，2005年中完成重建，並正名為『黃帝祠』。重建後的『黃帝祠』，占地10000平方呎，樓高七層，祠內神像莊嚴，栩栩如生。堂內雕梁畫棟，高雅典致，具傳統建築風格，除了地下大殿的軒轅殿外，更集儒、釋、道中國傳統宗教為一體。
