Booked in advanced by WhatsApp, received confirmation. Arrived around noon, only to be told our kayaks were given to somebody else and we should have arrived earlier. Without any warning or notice, without any starting time being indicated to us, without anyone asking on WhatsApp if we were on the way. Staff was rude and unapologetic. Do...
