I came after it rained the previous day, so path was kinda slippery and muddy. Not a lot of shade at the top so it was very hot and sunny. There were enough trees for a good amount of spiders in your path...

2018年10月底曾經去過，經大灘郊遊徑行約1小時，中途經郊野公園地圖木牌開始爬升，沿途雖有絲帶引路，但經過颱風後很多都吹走，或者整梱樹倒下看不到，路本來已埋在草堆中並不明顯，亦可能因為很少人行而變得更多草木生長，上山不久已經迷路，即使地圖上有路亦看不見面前有像樣路徑或絲帶，最後用了輾轉用了差不多兩小時才上到山。

爐仔石山頂沒有標柱，下山的路較為明顯但不易行，可能經過颱風後多處塌樹，半路更被黃蜂主動刺傷，上山下行沿途不見一人（相信所有人都沒有上爐仔石只經大灘郊遊徑至海下），最後全程用了4小時，網上有不少評論指路線2星至3星並不算難行，以往亦有不少行山經驗，但並不認同只有3星，今次真正體驗迷路幸好沒有出大事，個人認為路線可能日久失修又少人行＂十分＂容易迷路，路段並不容易，最好...

很久没到的海下，内湾如湖，很多人在划独木舟。沿大滩郊游径东行至接近拦路坳，在其上方十米，路边有块“路不通行”牌，即是小径入口。路在卫星地图上亦可看见，相当好走，而且很快就能看到海。原来拦路坳东边有一湾长长的海滩，空无一人。南风营地则热闹非常，声音传过来。塔门与高流隔海相望。 很快上到161米山顶，有一块一米高的大石，大概就是炉仔石，其北面是一片缓坡，遍布大小石头，可随便挑一块坐下，正对海下湾。海心的一幢白色小屋，是海洋生物中心，由白色的小桥连接岸边。碧绿的湾口，浮着三只小岛，如三只螵虫，后方是一长条如毛虫的黄竹角咀。右边还有赤洲和湾仔半岛。 经南向小径下山，茂密难行，走了大半小时，最后穿过一片竹林，于一条涧边接回大滩郊游径。
