I would not recommend to take the land road to Macau unless you want to see the bridge. I tried one time during weekday and took me one-way 2.5 hrs by taking the express-bus which costs similar price to ferry (1hr15mins). But U have to get ur baggage two times from the bus in two separated ports. What’s point to do that-- The express-bus only wait 20mins and they will leave even though u get sucked in lining-up to pass the port @@... Building is nothing spectacular. It’s big, bright and generic. Exactly like the airport close-by but with less shops and grumpy, unfriendly staff. One would think this building to get an upgrade since it’s recently built...well, expect to be sorely disappointed.
