2023.9.22下午1:30從珠海回到香港，在口岸的翠華餐廳午膳，因胃病沒有要套餐餐飲而要求要柸熱水冲中藥，職員表示可到自助水吧枱自取熱水。在枱上有兩個熱水壺，各有半壺水。我自備了一個保溫水樽，我向出餐前台職員道明我要求取高溫水冲中藥粉，但被拒絕。我堅持要她提供高溫水，在她旁邊有位女士，似是餐廳管理人，從前台走出來隨手取一個水壼回到出餐處把水壼盛滿水就拿去水吧枱，她氣直理壯對我說，餐廳只提供飲用水不會提供我要求的高溫水！我即感覺此女士無人道、無情！但再想想可能這就是翠華餐廳培訓員工的服務精神就是這樣吧！

一份毫無溫度情感的麵，當然就不會有多可口，可能認為入境旅客都是祖國來的，所以相較隨意就好，餐點與點餐機實際照片參考就好，差異很大，味道也差，價格也貴，附的湯猶如海水，很鹹。椅子也特別重，猶如童話故事裡的石中劍⋯⋯完全不推

Front desk absolutely rude and scalping customers. We asked for a cup of ice from the kitchen staff for my tired elderly father. The lady in the front desk chased us down demanding $10 and even took away the ice until we paid. She was completely condescending and rude to us the entire interaction. AVOID at all costs.
