The 180° view of the eastern part of Victoria Harbor makes this shopping mall one of the best rendezvous in HK. However, it's nowhere near a MTR station, hence most shops and stores are targeted at locals, including high school students in the neighborhood. To make it up, it has a major bus terminus located on the ground floor. At least 2 amenities are top notch, it's toilets have autodoors, are clean and hygienic, and there is also a drinking water dispenser at one corner, which is thoughtful. With 2 supermarkets, various restaurants and canteens, and 3 barber shops, etc, the mall pretty much offers everything a normal residential household would need. The only downside I can think of, is that the mall is built right underneath the 8 residential buildings, which is arranged in a belt shape configuration.
