One of the best hikes in Hong Kong! Drop off on the bus from Sai Kung at Pak Tam Au and walk over the hill (with a potential for a harder detour up Sharp Peak) and down to Tai Wan village and over to Ham Tin Beach.. you can take a little detour over to the more impressive stretch of Beach at Tai Long Wan (perfect for camping in isolation). Ham Tin has a couple of restaurants for a stop-off and you can grab a speedboat back to Sai Kung for HKD$150-180 depending on number of passengers (best to book before to secure a spot). The hike over to Sai Wan is breathtaking up another hill overlooking the cliffs and beaches. Sai Wan also has restaurants. You can then take an early exit up the hill to the Sai Wan Pavilion or continue on over the mountain to Long Ke Beach and eventually over to High Island Dam. It is a monumental hike that offers early exits and options for a leisurely hike or a...

Raved by so many online netizens and dubbed as one of the most scenic hikes in HK and it didn't disappoint. You'll need a moderate level of fitness because the stairs could kill and we hiked in September where the sun was relentless...

So so so amazing and thankful for all the water points at the rest stations along the various beaches. :) loved it and met so many interesting people along the way who huddled together to hide from the sun at various points.

It gets really hot during some parts of the year so please...

One of the best hiking trail. It is not easy as prepared to see wild cow and very challenging steps. It is recommended to be well geared to withstand the treacherous path and rocky path. Be well hydrated and you be well rewarded with...
