Market Place (Double Cove 迎海店) — Attraction in Hong Kong

The experience at Market Place Hong Kong – Double Cove store was extremely disappointing. The staff were very mean and unfriendly, showing no basic sense of customer service. It completely changed my impression of Hong Kong. When problems came up, they showed no ability to handle them and simply kept referring everything to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was even worse – petty, unprofessional, and honestly disgusting in attitude.

This kind of service is unacceptable. I hope the management will seriously reflect on this, otherwise more customers will walk away with the same...

Small supermarket with minimal items to choose, especially they are moving away some world brand, and putting more and more their own brand on...

A big store. Quite compared to other Market Place. Don't expect to find fresh food though. More expensive than nearby...
