If you love hiking and nature free take trail to Sweet Gum Woods. The Trending red tree leaves like red trees in Canada is in here. How to go there? We take mtr red line to mie foo then enter change to west line or we called it purple line drop off at Long Ping mtr Station Exit B 2. Walk straight and turn left then walk straight to the end then turn right go down the stairs then cross the road and you will find the bus stop. Ride bus K66 drop off at Tai Tong Shan then walk left and turn right. That's the hiking journey begin. The walk takes more than 1hr to reach the Sweet Gum Woods or Red Tree. When going back ride same bus at the opposite side where you drop off. Then alight the bus at yeun ping house state then follow the sign board to mtr station. Enjoy your...

The country park was famous for watching trees with leaves turning yellow and red when approaching winter time. Car park space not easy to find. Better to hire taxi to the entrance of the park and then walk slowly upward the slope and enjoy the trails with different destinations like the beautiful 'Thousand Islands Lake'. Quite a number of public toilets along the way, but some sitting areas and barbecue areas were closed due to prevention of virus spreading. Remember to take care of your own rubbish and keep...

We have taken public transport to get here. We have taken mtr to Long Ping and then take K66 bus. It was not that difficult. The walk from the bus stop to the sweet gum trees taken us i think an hour . This was not that pretty. The walk is easy and once you get there it is worth it. The trees are now red, yellow and green, extremely pretty and Autumn feel....
