由沙螺灣行東澳古道的路線易走，好開楊睇景色一流,大半皆為沿海路線。沿途無遮蓋..今天太陽好猛烈,都颇辛苦。下午到達大澳立即飲冰凍可樂,加新鮮熱熱的(沙翁)😋。休息後再繼續去虎山西邊沙灘,海岸綑邊到[將軍石]..這沙灘有陣陣異味。 影相後行上虎山,上山路段比較崎嶇。終於到達虎山時間已5:30,有人提議睇日落才走,就在山頂上等待日落。6點太陽慢慢落山,好似海市蜃樓感覺,好靚...好靚😍。系虎山睇日落,有山有海畫面真的好美..好美,美都令人陶醉。

Known as a raised sea arch. The sandstone making up the arch and found nearby belongs to Tai O Formation. The typical sandstones of the formation are found along the coast northeast of Tai O where the dip is moderate (40–60 degree) to the south. The rock layers are bedded and generally display a variety of sedimentary structures such as cross-bedding. They have been extensively modified due to bioturbation and shrinkage cracks.
