Great venue for dance and performances. Convenient and close to the Chai Wan MTR, it's one of the better theatres hosting a number of competitions throughout each calendar year. There is ample seating, with great visibility and access. Two small shipping centres are nearby, giving choice for a quick bite or refreshments. Parking is limited though in the estate, and in the shopping centre, so make your way there earlier just in case.

Nice architectural design. but the design of lifts and walkway quite messy here. Visitors difficult to find the right way to the right lift or stairs to arrive Y theater which is on the LG1 floor. Bigger and more clear directional signage are needed to improve new visitors experience.

A giant multi-functional building complex geared for youth & youth activities, right next to metro terminal with linkage via a covered footbridge via a local shopping mall. Facilities include exhibition area, covered performing area, function area, and a big youth hostel with good space and decent view....
