Also known as Fenghuang (Phoenix) Ancient Town, this Town is reputed to be the most beautiful town in China.

Stayed 1 night from 7 - 8 March 2024, and the weather is pretty cold in the morning.

Recommend to spend 1 whole day in this Fenghuang Ancient Town and taking the boat ride along the Tuojiang River. The most beautiful night scene in our eyes is mesmerising, romantic and unforgettable.

If time permits and not tiring, the bar scene and live music is the best...

Spend at least a night here at their local inns or homestay. Enjoy the local food by the river. Check out both the East n West ends of the town both in the mornings n at night. Free entrance, so u save quite a bit as opposed to Furongzhen. Support the local shops n try their beggar chicken, only @Y68 - best I had in years! Don't forget to indulge on their local...

My classmate from childhood sent me the video of my hometown where I was born and asked me to come back and visit my old friends! This picture with my aunt should have been taken more than ten years ago, and I miss the ethnic architecture and simple folk custom soooo much! If you wanna go visit an ethnic town in China, I recommend...
