解放阁（Jinan Liberation Pavilion），位于山东省济南市历下区。1963年，济南市利用原内城东南城角，砌筑台基，以纪念济南战役的胜利。80年代初，中共济南市委、市政府决定在台上建阁，以缅怀革命先烈，于1988年建成。

解放阁通高30米，面积620平方米，为二层楼阁式建筑。台基高10米，面积2150平方米，半腰处镶嵌陈毅题“解放阁”三个大字。高台全部用浑厚的石块砌成，周围四面砌石栏，台西面左右均有石阶可以攀登。

解放阁（Jinan Liberation Pavilion），位于山东省济南市历下区。1963年，济南市利用原内城东南城角，砌筑台基，以纪念济南战役的胜利。80年代初，中共济南市委、市政府决定在台上建阁，以缅怀革命先烈，于1988年建成。 解放阁通高30米，面积620平方米，为二层楼阁式建筑。台基高10米，面积2150平方米，半腰处镶嵌陈毅题“解放阁”三个大字。高台全部用浑厚的石块砌成，周围四面砌石栏，台西面左右均有石阶可以攀登。 济南解放阁不仅成为革命传统教育的重要基地， 而且也成为济南标志性的建筑之一。解放阁于1977年12月被定为山东省文物保护单位，1988年被评为泉城十大景观之一，2021年10月入选《济南市第一批传统地名保护名录》。 济南解放阁阁高24.1米，连台基通高34.1米，占地1637.2平方米，建筑面积617.2平方米。采用中国古典建筑形式，金黄琉璃瓦，外用花岗石贴面。阁分两层，四面方形。下层四周环廊，廊与阁由抱厦连接。廊阁绘有山水、花卉、鱼虫、飞禽、走兽等小品。廊外为平台，台周饰石栏。上层攒尖宝顶，翘角重檐，斗拱承托，吻兽飞动，风铃扬韵。整个建筑巍峨壮观，金碧辉煌。 阁名为原华东野战军司令员陈毅元帅于1965年题写，鎏金的“解放阁”三字石刻和牌匾，分别镶嵌在台基西、南两侧和和高悬阁之二层门额。台基东侧贴壁立《解放济南战役革命烈士纪念碑》，镌刻着在济南战役中壮烈牺牲的3764位烈士的英名，由济南书法家朱学达楷书。台基西侧嵌济南市人民政府1986年9月立、书法家武中奇书的《解放阁修建碑纪》。1998年纪念济南解放50周年时，济南市人民政府对解放阁进行修缮，并安装了灯光设施，使解放阁在夜间灯光璀璨，光彩照人。
