Have stayed here for an extended period of times, I really appreciated the excellent customer services and friendly staff members, whose lovely smiles and daily greetings made me feel like being a part of the family. I would particularly like to extend my compliment to the team in the Executive Lounge, led by Alex/Mia/Luna/Olivia, for their hard work and attentiveness for customer satisfaction, the standard Sofitel name stands for.

Speaking of the location, there is an airport shuttle bus service on the next street, which is very convenient for going to and from the airport. The shuttle bus departs on top of the house from the next door and from the airport terminal...

A lovely coveniently located hotel in Jinan with a revolving restaurant on its 49th floor. Rooms are big and cozy. Service is top class. I simply loved staying here for 2 days. 20min walk to Daming lake & Boutu Spring and about 25min walk to the Thousand Buddha mountain. I had to take the taxi to airport at 5am and yet the hotel staff arranged for my breakfast to be packed and passed to me. This gesture makes me give them 5 stars. I would highly...
