After arriving, decided not to go in.. 60 CNY..(Nov 2019) seems not my cup of tea. Almost everything seems man made except for the mound. If you have time to spare, make a vist.

Please come during summer..the peak during Apr to Oct...we came during December which is cold season that no performance or even food...

『渭城朝雨浥輕塵，客舍青青柳色新，勸君更盡一杯酒，西出陽關無故人。』(唐 王維) 詩中所提及的陽關，就是漢武帝時期所設置的四郡(酒泉、武威、敦煌、張掖)二關(玉門關及陽關)之一。關口位於玉門關南邊，故稱之為陽關，可惜的是目前陽關已經不復存在，只剩下鄰近的一座烽火台可供遊客們拍照留念。陽關故址旁有一長廊，其中設置有許多石碑，石碑上刻有許多與陽關相關的詩詞，在炙熱的天氣中，這裡真是一個乘涼休憩的好地方。站在此處往外看，飽滿一整片大漠風光，可以體會古人選擇在此設置關口的理由。

L’empereur Wudi (-156 à -87) fit construire un avant-poste à 70 km au sud-ouest de Dunhuang. Sous la dynastie des Tang (618-907), elle accueillit le retour glorieux du grand moine Xuanzang de son pélerinage en Inde. La route de la soie déclina à partir de la dynastie des Song (960-1279) et la passe fut oubliée...

Definitely worth visiting. Fantastic hands-on experiences at every corner. Camel ride to the top of the hill was a great bonus. Beautiful view of the desert vista...
