Been staying here for a week. Love the room with balcony! Friendly staff, clean room and safe.

让我无语的一间酒店。除非提前通知，不然不帮忙收快递，对外国旅客造成许多不便。在中国住了那么多酒店都是无条件签收，从来没想过还需要提前通知。东西到了这酒店竟然不签收，导致快递拿不到，快递员也白跑一趟，非常麻烦。 房间面积很小，给我的房间竟然充满烟味。窗口只能看那么一小点。另外一间房甚至连开都不能开，简直热死了。后来因为烟味打电话到前台要空气清新剂却被告知客房服务下班了....气得自己下到前台，结果又有了，然后说是沟通错误，非常无语。最后喷了清新剂还是消除不了浓浓的烟味，只能换房。 唯一的优点就是地理位置确实好，走5分钟就能到地铁站，还有购物广场。
