Picturesque scenery all around. Worth spending a whole day, even in winter, wandering around the gardens, temples, and Hui-style buildings that make up the park. Only the exhibition hall, the ancient pottery museum, the archaeological museum, and maybe some other venues require paid admission. An all-in ticket is around 80 yuan. Nice park to walk around. It is well built and hope it can be well maintained. When we drove there, the staff wouldn't let us park in the parking lot first so we have to drive around for more than 30 minutes to find a place to park. However, when we drove past the parking lot again, the gate was open and we were able to park at the parking lot onsite. Obviously there were enough space in the parking lot and I don't know why they wouldn't let us in in the first place. The signs in the parking is not clear and a lot of people were kind lost. The park itself was very nice...

Super accessible by #9 subway and then the 15 bus. It’s a huge scenic area. Was here on a weekday following a holiday so it was understandably less busy than usual but we practically had the whole area to ourselves at times which was absolutely amazing!! Very very few tourists, didn’t see any foreigners at all tbh

We spent the whole day just walking around and still wasn’t able to cover everything. Entrance is completely free with some paid museums and exhibits which I personally wouldn’t waste the time...
