I have visited The Liaoning Museum, Shenyang northeast. China on two occasions in the last 3 years and this museum is with out question as good as any in the world. I have been to a few of the major museums in the world which have Chinese cultural history items on display and have an interest in Chinese antiques like Ceramics, Jade and Bronzes, etc. I've been to The British Museum, Percival David Collection, UK. Shanghai Museum, Shanghai. Nanjing Museum, Nanjing. The Palace Museum Beijing, Beijing. The Forbidden City. and of course The Palace Museum, Taipei. I can say with out fear of contradiction The Liaoning Museum is as good as any of them, definitely world CLASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. The Museum it self a modern building and of course a modern interior, display cases and lighting world class, the presentation outstanding. the management and staff should be proud of what they offer the public.
