Do not buy Apple products from here. I decided to order some AirPods Pro second generation with USB C connection online for convenience in getting them delivered to home. I ordered them over the phone, and I specified the product code to make sure to receive the correct version. When the AirPods arrived, I realised once I opened the box, that they had sent me the old version with the lightning connection. I specifically did not want that as these headphones are not the latest version, and I am trying to move away from having multiple different cables to charge my devices. I called customer service immediately to advise of the mistake. They told me that they cannot help and to call the local store. I called the local store and they said they can't help over the phone - so to bring the item to the store. I brought the item to the store and then I was told because I bought them online, they cannot fix the issue in-store. It was like every time you contact someone in customer service, they just make something up because they can't, or don't care to help you. Colombia is not known for having good customer service. Most of the time when I have had issues in the past, I can get them resolved, but it just takes time. This is different. With the customer service from Alkosto, they have no interest in resolving the issue, and they just lie and lie and lie. They say that someone will call tomorrow but they never do. In the end, I gave up as it was taking up too much of my time to try and fix the issue and the negativity was becoming too much. So, the fact that I was sent the incorrect product means nothing, and Alkosto has no interest in making sure customers are satisfied. If I was happy with the experience with buying from Alkosto, I would have spent thousands of dollars more with them in the future. Now, due to the pathetic customer experience I had, I will never spend a single peso in an Alkosto store ever again. If this company has a customer service manager, they should be replaced with someone more competent, because the customer experience with this company is horrendous. We just bought an ASUS vivobook S510U there and it has been refurbished in.reason that we decided give it.back and ask.for.the warranty ASAP they give us another asus with the same reference it was opened and turned on there to make sure everything was okay, but it has the same mistake. They couldn't find a solution there so we gotta go tomorrow to Asus store for put them in context and try to figure out a solution for this problem. Esta revisión es para alertar y proteger a los clientes de Alkosto . Compre una nevera Haceb en Alkosto. Fue entregada en mi casa Empacada.Confiados nosotros nos dimos cuenta que no tenía una sola abolladura en la parte frontal sino 6! La nevera fue desempacada y conectada 3 horas despues de ponerla en el sitio que le correspondía como lo dice el manual para mirar que funcionara . cuando miramos en la parte frontal inferior nos dimos cuenta de estos daños que como la nevera era negra inicialmente no lo notamos. Pues eran de mediano tamaño pero numerosos. Llamamos al número indicado en Alkosto para poner en conocimiento esta anomalía. Nos dijeron que nos podían dar un “bono” (ito) pero que no la podían cambiar porque era algo cosmético y no de la maquina. Otro dato interesante fue observar al hombre de la empresa transportadora cargándose solo los electrodomésticos en la espalda (nevera y lavadora) quedándome horrorizada de en que momento se podía caer o fracturarse la columna espinal con compresión de la médula espinal y subsecuente parálisis. afortunadamente digo yo en este caso la que sufrió fue la nevera y no ese pobre hombre!!
