Complejo termal Paipa — Attraction in Paipa

A wonderful place for family fun. There are several swimming pools with hot springs water (which usually is around 32-38°C [89-100.4°F]) full of natural salts and minerals.

There are a couple shallow pools (around 130 cm deep [4'3'']) which are great for children and also a larger pool with a maximum depth of 230 cm (7'5'') in case you're in for a good swim. Also, there are additional services such as a mud bath and a water slide (undergoing maintenance at the time of this review). The facilities are nice and provide accessible parking. The entrance fee is around six US dollars for adults at the time of this review. Children and the elderly pay a lower fee. There are on-site shops for swimsuits and other accessories at reasonable prices.

It's usually crowded during weekends and holiday seasons (Easter week in Colombia, mid-late June, early July, mid-October, December), not so much...

I had a really good experience here. I bought a circuit experience and it was amazing and relaxing. The service the staff provided was really good. My family and I enjoyed the pool, bubble bed, jacuzzi, sauna and finished with a wonderful algae and mud mask that really complete the entire experience. I highly recommend this place. Mi familia y yo hemos visitado periódicamente este lugar durante más de 10 años. Si embargo el servicio no baja sus costos pero si su calidad. El pasado viernes 5 de.enero de 2024 tomamos el circuito hídrico a las 9:00am. En primer lugar, nos habían ofrecido 6 actividades para realizar en 2 horas. Pero ya estando adentro solo pudimos acceder a 5, porque el baño turco no estaba en funcionamiento. Lo que también recortó el tiempo a 1 hora y 40 minutos. Por.otra parte el sauna es un muy pequeño espacio para tantas personas que pretenden acomodar por turno, siendo una actividad incómoda y estresante. El agua de las duchas ya no es climatizada y no todas las personas toleran el agua helada para el aseo final , en especial los adultos mayores. Falta mantenimiento y aseo en los Jacuzzis y camas de burbujas , realmente da asco su estado. Ojalá la administración tome cartas en el asunto y podamos volver a disfrutar de este atractivo turístico de Paipa , con un servicio digno , cómodo, saludable y de descanso como lo merecemos todos...
