I unfortunately did not remember to write down the name of our guide (maybe Dio?), but I do remember how incredibly knowledgeable he was. No matter what plant I asked about, he knew what it was called, how it meshed with the environment, what purpose it served, you name it. He also spent a significant amount of time trying to spot toucans for us to see, and was successful in doing so! He has been working this tour for 18 years and gave the enthusiasm of someone on their first day, you can tell he loves what he does. The hanging bridges were fun in and of themselves, but our guide made it special. I will say, if you're expecting a big thrill, this was not it.
