Our family of 5 (3 teens) made some fabulous memories at Treetop Park. We purchased the Tram/Zip Line/Hanging Bridges with Guide tour. The views from the Tram Ride were spectacular and worth a single ticket if you aren't into zip lining. Although we have 3 adventurers in our family, two of us were not as excited about zip lining and one of us may have been contemplating running the other way. Maikol saved the day!! Maikol & Oliver took my youngest with them on each of the zip lines, and by the 3rd zip line, my youngest had the BIGGEST SMILE EVER plastered on his face!! My son now reports that the highlight of our 10 day trip to Costa Rica was zip lining! As the other non-adventurer in our family, this was an incredible experience!! I felt very safe despite zipping HIGH ABOVE THE TREES OF MONTEVERDE and I truly enjoyed the experience. I can not recommend the tram/zip line with Maikol and Oliver highly enough, especially for adventurers.

We also did a hanging bridges tour with a guide. The guide spent a lot of time on flora and we did not end up getting to see much fauna other than a spider or two. We also ended up in the midst of a significant thunderstorm (rainy season), so we had to rush over some of the hanging bridges to get to cover - the views from the hanging bridges were incredible even with a downpour and moving quickly. If I had to do it over again, we would skip the guide at Treetopia & just do the hanging bridges on our own time (we had a long guided trip in Arenal the day prior, so this seemed like an unnecessary addition at Treetopia for us). If this was my only stop in this region, I would likely still want a...

Thank you Christopher!

Our incredible guide, Chris, made sure we had a fantastic experience.

Chris had such enthusiasm and passion for the jungle! His years of experience showed.

We saw SO MUCH! 2 Quetzal! Spiders, a snake, a baby sloth, mushrooms & fungi, insects, flora & plantlife, trees, many other beautiful birds - toucans, etc. Give your phone to Chris for pics! He's a fantastic photographer. We all airdropped/shared the photos after the walk was complete. Great fun! And a cool way to get to know the others on the tour.

Overall, a great time. So much for the senses to soak up! Simply incredible. We could have walked for hours more and never been bored.

The food was absolutely worth the price (which is affordable anyways!) Our dishes were plated so beautifully. There is an artist in the kitchen here! Somebody definitely cares for the food they are serving, because all that we ordered tasted & looked soooo good. Fish, Salad, Quesadilla, drinks, yum! WAY more affordable with far superior views when compared to Selvatura Adventure Park's restaurant just up the way

I can't speak to it myself, but 3 people in our group did the Ziplines/hanging bridges package and said it was great fun! 2 of them had sore bodies the next day though! Not sore enough to impose on future adventuring though - thankfully, as that could have easily been the case. Seeing that my mother is 60 years old with severe arthritis, and she was able to enjoy the ziplines + walk and quickly recover from soreness to enjoy the adventures in the days afterwards

Thanks for the fun...

My daughter and I booked a guided hanging bridges tour and a canopy (zipline) tour. Our hanging bridge tour guide, Daniel, was so knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us take photos of rare viper snakes, patiently answered questions from the group, and shared his love of the cloud forest. He seemed to enjoy sharing his knowledge about the Cloud Forest and it made me and my daughter respect the animals and plant life even more than we did before. The hanging bridges are at different heights and we learned about different species of life at each level. I would highly recommend hiring a guide for at least one activity in Costa Rica.

Our canopy tour began with what almost seemed like an efficient assembly line - the workers had us sign waivers then dressed us in hats, harnesses and provided gloves. We were given instructions and began the tour. We chose Skytrek over other canopy tour companies because of safety measures. There is a breaking system in place, it seemed the other companies provided gloves and the rider slows themselves by grabbing onto the cable. The views were absolutely beautiful, clear skies at first but they became a little cloudy. It was a great experience to speed over the treetops! The canopy tour workers were efficient and there was a good ratio or workers to customers. A photographer was in the canopy tour with us, he took pictures of everyone and there was an opportunity to purchase a picture package at the end of the tour. Overall, it was a...

We visited Treetopia this last Thursday and did the Zipline course and the Adventure Course. We had a great experience, our zipline tour was lead by Diego, Didier, and Mauricio who all did a great job and made us feel safe. The zipline's themselves were as advertised and a great time - it was honestly scarier climbing some of the metal dismount towers in the wind then the ziplines themselves. We followed the zipline course with the adventure course which was not as fun in our opinion but still enjoyable. The bike zipline was not what we had cracked it up to be but the tree climb was fun and the tarzan swing was up there with ziplining for our favorite activities of the day. A member of our group got nervous on the ropes course and Alex and the team were super kind, patient, and helpful and handled the situation great. Would recommend Treetopia to anyone visiting and looking for A1 ziplining.

Could not recommend this place enough for some thrills in Monteverde! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the zip lines were amazing! One was about a half mile long. The surprise at the end of the trail also made for an extremely memorable experience 🙃 we also did the hanging bridge tour with Andrey and he was the BEST! He was so friendly and knew so much about the wildlife and vegetation in the area. It was such a cool experience and he helped us take some great pictures. It’s also easy to get to from all the hotels and hostels in Monteverde which was nice. There’s a little gift shop with snacks and drinks, and a restaurant if you’re planning on spending more time there. If you’re thinking of booking anything here, do it!

We visited the park in mid-December on a weekday and nearly had the place to ourselves. Our 8 year old did great on the zip lines but they were a little too much for our 5 year old daughter and she decided to opt out when we got to the taller zip lines up top. My wife and oldest son loved their experience! The tram to the top is fun for all ages and there is some wildlife to see! The suspension bridges and Sky Trail were fun, relaxing and tranquil. It was great to hear the wind in the trees and the birds singing in the background. We didn’t find it overly expensive or overpriced. We drove up on our own and the drive was fun winding up the mountain. We went out of our way to come here and felt it was 100% worth the effort and time.
