Olingo Monteverde — Hotel in Cabeceras

Oscars place is just gorgeus! We booked the studio appartment for our 2 day stay in Monteverde and the appartment and surrounding nature really exceeded our expectations. The appartment is completely remote and its full front has a beautiful view into the cloudforest. You can see birds from the bed/jacuzzi or watch the rain drop and clouds passing by. Everything is furnitured with a high sense for sightliness. Kitchen is completely equipped and Oscar also provided basics for cooking like salt oil coffee tea and also some eggs and bred. Also the enclosure is beautifully arranged with a pod, picknick place and two trails That you can follow. Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings!!

We had the two-bedroom house, and what a great house! Tasteful, modern design and quality furnishings. Beautiful views of the natural environment through the large windows! You are in the middle of the beautiful nature of Monteverde. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. It is cooler (around 2000 meters altitude) than in lower areas of Costa Rica and that is pretty nice. Spacious and complete kitchen. Each room has a large closet and a nice bathroom. The road to the house is unpaved, bumpy and sometimes quite steep. To get there, a 4x4 is not necessary, but recommended. You can sit outside and enjoy the peace, birds and nature, but mind the mosquitoes. About a 10 minute drive from the village, where there are some shops and a few good restaurants. Highly...
