This place would be nice for the money, but compared to the thermals next door it was disappointing. Maintenance was at a lower level. The water was murky with orange deposits floating in it. I liked the more natural environment of the secondary thermals better, but I believe that this place will also find its supporters if it improves the maintenance and appearance. Roofing is also an advantage. You will appreciate it in case of rainy weather. The disadvantage is the larger pools, so the water here is a little colder than in the adjacent area, but if you don't prefer downright hot, you will be satisfied with the temperature. NO LO RECOMIENDO Ubicado en La Palmera de San Carlos, está junto a otros complejos turísticos que ofrecen mucho mejor calidad por el mismo precio. A pesar de contar con piscinas bajo techo de aguas termales y fría, el aseo deja mucho que desear. El agua de todas las piscinas estaba sucia, las piscinas "cloradas" están sucias, con musgo en las paredes, resbalosas y turbias. A pesar de que tienen prohibido el consumo de bebidas alcohólicas dentro de las piscinas usted encuentra gente consumiendo cerveza en botellas de vidrio dentro de las piscinas de niños . No hay interés en la administración por controlar esta situación. Los baños sucios, no hay duchas y el ambiente en general deplorable .
