Spending time at the Ruinas de Cartago was a really interesting experience. I remember walking through the remnants of what was once a grand church, and it felt like stepping back in time. The stone arches and walls, now open to the sky, were so beautiful and carried so much history. The way they've maintained the surrounding gardens, with all the lush greenery and vibrant flowers, made it feel like a peaceful and almost magical place. I even saw the sign about the legend of the headless priest, which added a bit of mystique! It was really nice to just sit and take in the atmosphere, imagining what it must have been like centuries ago. It's truly a unique historical site that's both...

Nice place to depend couple of hours with the ruins and the shopping’s around . There is paid parking available in the streets.

Important note: beware of the parking guys here . The parking fee was €1000 for 1 hour for us . We didn’t have change so the parking guy said he will return the change . We gave the parking guy €10,000 and we waited for him to come back with the change but he never came back and ran off. with the money. We inquired with the security guy standing near by and he said that he knows that parking guy and confirmed that the parking guys must have left with our money. We reported the incident to police who were patrolling around and came back. Bad news...
