Osa Canyoning Adventures — Attraction in Puerto Cortés

What an incredible experience that far exceeded my expectations! First off the location is incredible, Uvita and just south is where the mountains meet the sea! The views on the way were surreal. Once in the canyon, what a magical experience, infused with nature in every way. No commercial theme park feel to this experience. We say monkeys, frogs, and the forest, river, and seemingly endless waterfalls were worth it just as a hike! Second, the experience and equipment was perfect. Exhilarating, but safe at all times. Nice build up starting with easier descents. Lastly, Drew, Emmanuel and their crew are top notch. Great communication before the experience. Once there, the passion and professionalism is top notch. They felt like friends and were very genuine, knowledgeable, and took the experience to a new level. This is a MUST do experience for all age groups. My husband and I took this canyoning tour on our trip to Costa Rica. I went because my husband really wanted to try it, I wasn’t totally excited about the idea- but I went because I love him. What a surprise it was to have such an incredible adventure!! The guides (we had Emanuel and Alex) were phenomenal!! Not only did they know their way around the jungle and are experts in their field for canyoning, but they were genuinely a blast to be around!! They were so positive with me, and so much fun with both my husband and I! They really are great guys and I won’t use any other company to go canyoning. It’s them or no one for me!!

As far as the trail goes- it’s truly one of a kind. The company does a great job about not making a big footprint, so you’ll be in places that no one else is and be able to see the wild life in their natural habitat. They also had lunch for us, which was delicious, and a snack about half way through the trail. These guys think of everything!!

This was incredible experience on the Osa peninsula. This is a very unique tour and a lot different than the other offerings around. It is also a lot more adventurous as well, which is mainly why I enjoyed it so much. The tour takes you into a interesting area of the region that would be hard to see otherwise. Another nice thing is it's nice and cool in the canyon, even on the hottest day. Plus you'll get to do a lot of swimming.

Drew and his team were provided excellent customer service and a great attention to detail and your experience. He is also great at sharing his local knowledge and experience. I also think Drew had a mind for safety and risk management and felt safe the entire team.
