For surfers this place is paradise.

Enter at the beach by the fishing boats or the cove after the rocks to avoid tearing your feet to shreds.

The rivermouth is another good entry point but the rip tide can be really strong on bigger days.

I wanted to do some body surfing and wading with my wife but the Playa Pavones and the beaches immediately to the north and south are much too rocky and the waves and water currents too strong to enjoy dong that. The area is strictly for surfing...
