This little beach strip is about a 5-10 minute walk from the Riu Palace/Riu Guanacaste. You will see money's out in the wild (normally in the tress around the Monkey Bar)! We went for a walk around 4pm and were able to see plenty of monkeys, as well as get some great pictures!
I wanted to take a minute to recommend Xochilt (pronounced 'Sushi)' and Florys; two lovely ladies that run a massage business on this beach. After deciding to not get a massage at the RIU palace where we were staying (due to how expensive it is), we met these lovely ladies on the beach and booked a couple's massage with them on the beach for an INCREDIBLE price! I can honestly say it was one if not the best massage I have ever had! Xochilt and Florys did an amazing job and I wish I could bring them home with me to Canada as my personal massage therapists! If you are reading this review and staying at one of the RIU's, consider taking a walk along the beach to find one of the ladies and booking a massage!
