The beaches in Ostro are good, mostly pebble beach but there are also concrete, sand and rock parts. Sea is pretty clean and at times has a stronger current. Nothing to terrible. There is a beach bar, Ice cream bar, bakery shop and a few bars around the beach. Nothing to fancy but affordable. It can be crowded on weekends but there is usually a lot of space for a big party. In essence it's family destination, a quiet place. I gave it 3 starts cos it lacks parks, playgrounds, parking and it all has a run down look. WiFi worked great, restaurant with a great sunset view, the beach was super crowded though - only reason for 4 stars. There was a concert until 1am the night we stayed there (not sure if it was on the campground or just so close) and it was incredibly terrible and miserable as it was the first stop of a two week trip.
