Hotel Kraljevica — Hotel in Grad Kraljevica

You know, there is like in novel “There was a rainy evening, we tried to find a place to stay for a night….” But all become so good so we stayed for 6 nights. For people who require just clean and comfortable room, this hotel is a 100% match. Everything was great, clean sheets, fresh towels, service and really kind personal. Also there is a breakfast included with good choice. And there is a restaurant in this hotel with great service and dish level, so everyone can find something for their own tastes and requirements. Plus personnel in hotel and restaurant are so kind and so helpful, and they really glad to help with everything that you need for your vacation.

Two of the three receptionists were not helpful and they do not speak foreign languages well enough. The biggest problem is the agressivity, intolerance and unintelligency with the guests. Perhaps they do not like Hungarians. Finally they helped but not welcome and only after urging them several times. They didn't seem to be happy with our questions, even though they were reasonable.
