Heritage Museum of Ogulin — Attraction in Grad Ogulin

Ogulin Heritage Museum is placed in a castle in the centre of Ogulin. It hosts a small antique lapidarium and other collections of importance for Ogulin and it's region. The richest exhibition is "The Alpine Collection" on the second floor - it honors the founding of Croatian Mountaineering Association (as it took place in Ogulin) and the most important Croatian achievements in alpinism. An excellent museum in centre of town. There you can find the cell were Tito was imprisoned, a life and work of famous Croatian writer Ivana Brlic Mazuranic, Ogulin through Croatian homeland war, old customs of Ogulin and how people used to live there back in the old days.
