Service is friendly but unprofessional. People clearly have no experience in hospitality. This place felt like the world 50 years ago, but a shabby version. We visited as couple with 2 year old child. A/C wasn't working, they said it was temporary and got fixed. There is a previous review from someone else from July that already stated a broken A/C. Venison was tasteles,s sauces was..don't have a description for it. Childred ordered breaded chicken with croquettes which was also cold. A meat plate was non-edible cold 'thing' that maybe looked like a meat. Maybe hotel should find a cook, as it seems they...
