You have restaurants and coffee shops around so you don't need to worry about drinks and food. Just be prepared you will be paying prices like you are somewhere on the coast. It's highly touristic place so prices are blown out the roof. Best advice come there for a walk and then go for lunch in Slunj Town what is few minutes drive with car so you will be able to get good food for much cheaper price then on actual rastoke place.
You have option of paying ticket 40 kuna per person to enter rastoke and see the cave and waterfalls from closer. But genuinely all my pictures are taken from pathway around it and we didn't had any need to go all the way in and pay that price just to be bit closer.
