Livacina Beach — Attraction in Municipality of Lopar

If you have kids this is the beach to choose. Rajska plaza (nearby) is probably best for babies and toddlers. Livacina is large enough and water goes a little deeper and steeper than rajska. Still you can walk 20m from shore. There is a buffet and paid showers /2kn. Access is easy from Rajska or Lopar though it is a walk of at least 800m. Good access by car with 25kn/day fee basically up to beach front. There is a boat rental and we did do it 2x. The boat costs 350kn for 4.5hrs and will get you anywhere on Lopar or even Grgur. For us this combo is unbeaten in Lopar. For naturists there are more remote beaches like Sahara further on the peninsula / there are also non-naturist beaches like Dubac etc. All accessible from Livacina by the aforementioned boat. Or by foot / at least...

Very nice sandy beach with umbrellas and sunbeds for rent (15eur per day). Clean water, little bit colder than Rajska plaza (that is great in hot days!)

Beach for kids and adults, better swimming than Rajska (shorter way to deeper water). Place in the shadow of the trees as well.

About 4 grill bars (salads,grilled meat, pancakes, fish, ice-cream..).

Lot of parking space (5eur per day).

Public toilettes for 1 euro, paid shower.

Beach volleyball court. Padle boats for rent. Playground for kids.

We liked it here more than Rajska, smaller, cosy beach with everything you need for pleasant stay.

Perfect beach for kids. Needs more shade to get 5 stars.

Update 2019: Still no shade, although you can get a tiny sun shade (parasol) for 20kn.

Restaurants on the beach are simply terrible, typical tourist traps. Beach bar is nice though.

Update 2024: 2 beach beds and a parasol are now 15 to 25 €, all day parking is 6€. Restaurants are still poor, but acceptable if you're looking for a quick, not very demanding byte. Beach bar is not as nice as...
