Pension Lavanda — Hotel in Municipality of Lopar

Lopar is famous for sandy beaches and for this reason it attracts plenty of tourists coming to the island of Rab - mostly families and seniors. "Lavanda" is located next to tourist complex of San Marino, 5-10 minutes (quite steepy) walk from the beach. The room in the hotel was quite comfortable and offered a stunning view to the bay. The hotel includes a restaurant that serves breakfasts, a la carte dinners and offers also halfboard menu. |Positive image of the hotel was somehow impacted when we complained on leaking pipes, broken shower and occasional lack of hot water. The landlady was not very open to our criticism and offered us to check out. We stayed and all the failures were fixed after a week. |The landlady was assuring us when we booked that the restaurant provides gluten-free meals, however we found out when we arrived that they were not very aware about this type of diet.|All these shortcomings did not outbalanced the...

Siamo appena tornati dalla nostra vacanza nella stupenda Lopar nell'isola di Rab. Abbiamo soggiornato nella pensione Lavanda in una camera/suite al secondo piano, arredata in maniera semplice, molto spaziosa e luminosa (grazie alle varie finestre) con vista stupenda sul mare. |Il bagno non era molto ampio ma in compenso la doccia (seppur con tenda e non con il box) era comoda e non troppo piccola. Dato inportante: il bagno era dotato sia di piccola finestrella che di porta finestra con terrazzino, quindi ben areato!|La stanza era dotata di un cucinino con frigo abbastanza spazioso.|Noi abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione: colazione sia salata che dolce, con discreta scelta a buffet. |Se possiamo fare un appunto consigliamo una cura maggiore nella preparazione dei tavoli per la colazione: spesso o mancava la caraffa del caffè, o i cucchiaini per lo zucchero, o il succo e non è piacevole chiedere continuamente al personale le cose mancanti.|Ottima a nostro giudizio la cena a menu' fisso: piatti abbondanti ma sopratutto molto buoni (abbiamo mangiato sia carne che pesce).|Il personale - molto gentile, soprattutto la sig.ra Natascia, che ringraziamo per la disponibilità - conosce poco l'italiano ma ci si riesce comunque a capire in qualche modo con l'inglese o, meglio ancora - per chi lo conosce - con il tedesco, visto che la stragrande maggiornaza della clientela è di questa nazionalità.|La nostra esperienza presso questa struttura è stata...

Seit Jahren sind wir Gäste beim Lavanda doch dieses Jahr waren wir sehr Unzufrieden.|Das Essen am Abend war eine Katastrophe, Kalt kein Geschmack und bei 3 Personen wurde das falsche Essen gebracht.|Die Kellner waren sehr Unfreundlich, teilweise wirkten sie sehr Genervt obwohl so gut wie keine Gäste vor Ort waren.||Nun zum Frühstück unser "Highlight".|Es wurde von Jahr zu Jahr immer schlimmer, doch dieses Jahr hat alles Übertroffen.|Wir waren 7 Nächte anwesend also 6 Tage frühstücken.|An JEDEM Tag musste man seinen Tisch selber abräumen da JEDESMAL noch alles voll stand von den Leuten die vor uns Frühstücken waren.|Jeden Tag musste man von den anderen Tischen sich den Kaffee zusammensuchen da immer die Kannen leer waren oder fast Leer waren.|Milch gibt es auf der Insel Rab anscheinend wenig das auf jedem Tisch die Milch leer war.|Und wenn man die "höfliche" Dame fragte wegen Kaffee oder Milch wurde man "höflich" auf Kroatisch beschimpft. Die Dame wusste nur leider nicht das manche auch Kroatisch verstehen.||Nun noch ein paar Zutaten die es so gut wie am Frühstück gab, und wenn mal doch dann in Mengen das sie nach 1 Minuten vergriffen waren.|Butter, Brot, Käse, Ei, Wurst, Milch usw usw.||Es war eine Katastrophe um ehrlich zu sein.||Ich hoffe der liebe Oliver und sein Team kriegen das in den Griff ansonsten seh ich da keine Zukunft...
