Baska Beach — Attraction in Općina Baška

The scenery of this beach is beautiful, blue sea surrounded by mountains. It is however very crowded, you have to step over other people to get to the water. It has pebble on the ground and some sand mixed in at the water, so the water is not clear, not see through like other beaches on the island. Parking really close is 2euro/hour. Two sunbed with umbrella cost 30 euro for the day, pay toilets for 1 euro. lots of restaurants and bars, icecream, shops with souvenirs...

It is super packed! It’s end of August and beach is still very busy. And the whole island! Be careful with traffic when you would like to leave the island because it can go for 15 km.

The parking was the most expensive in Baska! Krk town maximum 1,50 € / hour and 7 € / day here in Baska it’s 2€ / hours and 15 €/ day.

It is creasy expensive here. For me it was enough 2 hours to look around the old town.

Not the best spot for swimming unless you...

Not bad, but definitely overrated. Usually very crowded tourist trap. Parking is not free, and there is not enogh parking place available. +Unfortunately lot of people is unable to park the car properly. Not sure that you can open your door when you go back to your car. There are lot of nice beaches on KRK island, and many of them are better than this...
